About The Position

We are in the Demo Tech organization as a part of the SE CoE. The mission of The Solutions Center of Excellence is to build, deliver and support demonstration environments for use by our solution engineers (SEs) here at Salesforce. These demonstration environments incorporate the latest product capabilities that Salesforce has to offer. With these demo environments, SEs have the baseline demo that they need in order to deliver a best practice demo and enable our SEs to scale, innovate and provide the best product demonstrations of their careers. As a Senior Product Manager for Agentforce Demos, you will be responsible for developing and supporting deployable Agentforce assets at scale across all Solutions Center of Excellence environments. This role goes beyond just coordination and planning; you will be actively developing and architecting solutions leveraging our team's existing Nextgen framework. You will work closely with Product, SEs, and Leadership to ensure that your aligned product’s capabilities can be seamlessly showcased by Core and Specialist SEs.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience administering and managing high-quality Salesforce environments using modern frameworks and the Lightning Platform, alongside a deep understanding and hands-on expertise with AI-driven technologies like Agentforce.
  • Proven technical aptitude in system integration, data modeling, and data migration, with specific hands-on experience developing, architecting, and implementing custom, deployable solutions that leverage Agentforce to solve complex business problems.
  • Relevant Salesforce Certifications that validate deep administrative, development, and AI expertise, specifically including Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Agentforce Consultant.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
  • Skilled at synthesizing complex technical and strategic concepts for diverse audiences, including leadership, SEs, and Product teams.
  • Minimum of 7 years work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Information Sciences preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and excellent project/time management skills, with the ability to support multiple concurrent projects.
  • Lifelong learner, inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology, sharing knowledge, and solving complex business problems.
  • Ability to translate long-term strategy into near-term execution, with a strong instinct for identifying industry trends and surfacing insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the roadmap development process for Agentforce demos, developing roadmaps that are aligned with the product roadmap 3 releases forward, as well as aligned with your own roadmap of innovative ideas laid out in the same timeframe.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable plans, ensuring you deliver demos that reflect Salesforce's latest AI innovation across industries and sales motions.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to help shape and evolve the global demo strategy, contributing insights from customer feedback and market trends.
  • Architect, develop, and implement the newest Agentforce features into deployable assets for the base demos platform, scaling them across all industries.
  • Leverage our team's existing Nextgen framework to build these assets, handle data seeding, and manage dependencies, ensuring all development meets quality and coding standards.
  • Drive the end-to-end creation of reliable demo assets from design through tested deployment, keeping pace with the fast pace of 3x/year Salesforce product releases.
  • Manage your backlog and sprint priorities, including creating user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor and respond to demo-related questions for Agentforce across Slack channels.
  • Troubleshoot issues with the demo environment, collaborate with technical teams as needed to resolve them, and raise awareness to Product and Engineering by logging tickets in GUS.
  • Provide consistent communication with workarounds across all Demo Channels for any high-priority bugs or updates.
  • Create and maintain scalable documentation and industry-agnostic Agentforce content, including demo guides (click paths, talk tracks, screenshots) and setup steps for high-priority use cases and new features.
  • Own live demo assets in the Bill of Materials for Agentforce across industries.
  • Deliver demo trainings to solution engineers and create an enablement video each release to support major Agentforce improvements.
