Senior Product Enablement Manager

HightouchNew York, NY
$140,000 - $230,000

About The Position

Hightouch is seeking a Principal Product Enablement Manager to define how the company creates, communicates, and proves customer value, and how that value is positioned and sold. This role is critical to the go-to-market strategy for Hightouch's core offerings, focusing on understanding the buyer, their metrics, their current challenges, the cost of those problems, how Hightouch improves business outcomes, and the proof points that validate this. The position involves translating product capabilities into compelling value stories for sales teams, establishing connections between buyer needs, business problems, use cases, product features, proof points, qualification criteria, and business cases. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring collaboration with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, Solutions Engineering, and the field teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product marketing, product enablement, solutions marketing, or an adjacent go-to-market function, with significant experience in positioning and messaging for technical products.
  • A proven track record of authoring frameworks, not just producing collateral.
  • Direct experience with products sold to both technical and business buyers.
  • Evidence that created enablement materials have been utilized by sellers.
  • Fluency in a qualification methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Comfort operating across functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Author the business outcome case for the Agentic CDP and its components, focusing on customer impact and economic defensibility for procurement conversations.
  • Build and maintain the canonical use case library, mapping Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to pain points, use cases, products, and proof points, ensuring it's the single source for sellers and marketers.
  • Develop narratives that translate pain points into future state visions, including current and future state framing, discovery paths, qualification criteria, objection handling, and talk tracks for deal progression.
  • Partner with the launch team to define go-to-market positioning for product launches and material releases, articulating what has changed, who it impacts, and how to position it.
  • Clearly document product capabilities and limitations to prevent sellers from discovering boundaries during customer interactions.
  • Define the readiness bar for each product and partner with field leaders to certify readiness.

Benefits

  • Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options
  • Early exercise of options
  • 10-year post-termination exercise window for options
