About the role You will own the experience for our Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) vertical, partnering with a PM who owns the roadmap. This is not a traditional UX or UI role. A typical problem looks like agentic case review, where an AI evaluates a claim against policy and a person confirms or overrides the decision. You design how that works within our users’ context. You will report to the Senior Director of Design for Vertical Solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent design and experience thinker.
- Around 10 or more years of product design experience owning meaningful product areas.
- Strong instinct for what the experience needs.
- Ability to dig into unfamiliar domains, spot the gaps early, and push quality higher.
- Ability to bring a consumer-grade bar to a regulated, high-stakes domain.
- Comfortable in a modern frontend stack and able to move quickly from idea to working prototype using Claude Code.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Figma, and Claude.ai.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
Nice To Haves
- Experience designing for healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry such as financial services.
- Experience designing for AI or agentic products, especially anything involving human oversight, trust, or governance.
- Experience on a small team where you wore many hats.
