This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories). As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), ITAR OR import/export requirements.
  • Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, T&M, etc.).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or STEM field
  • Demonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)
  • Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price etc.)
  • Experience analyzing Cost and Pricing Data and determine proposal compliance (FAR 15.4)
  • Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review
  • Experience with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

Responsibilities

  • Perform procurement actions utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all FAR/DFAR regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, and RFI
  • Place Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity
  • Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems
  • Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms)
  • Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques
  • Manage Supplier Relationship, Development, and Performance
  • Communicate clearly and be proactive in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Be flexible, innovative, work with speed and agility yet be thorough and compliant with government and Raytheon regulations, while successfully driving tasks to completion.
  • Monitor procurement reports and help drive performance to meet company metric targets.
  • Ability to travel as required
