Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering and two (2) years of experience in a related position.
  • Senior level Process Integration Engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
  • Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining stability of fab process, specifically mixed signal process.
  • Transferring new products and technologies from TSMC headquarters
  • Reviewing daily WAT (Wafer Acceptance Test) and inline/offline abnormal signal and executing containment and preventive actions
  • Collaborating with fab engineering team to improve yield and WAT stability and reduce process defects
  • Providing technical support to mixed signal customers.
