About The Position

This is a full-stack individual contributor role focused primarily on backend platform engineering, with contributions to frontend experiences and AI-powered interactions. The engineer translates business and product needs into precise specifications that guide AI-assisted software development, defining system behavior, interfaces, constraints, acceptance criteria, and validation strategies before implementation. They use AI development tools to generate, refine, and test solutions, applying engineering judgment to assess correctness, security, maintainability, performance, and architectural fit. The role leads technical initiatives across teams, resolves ambiguity, and manages dependencies and integration contracts. It delivers reliable platform services and interactive experiences using React, Node.js, MCP App Extensions, and dynamic AI canvases, with ownership extending from specification through production validation and ongoing improvement. The stated U.S. hiring range is $104,500–$234,600 per annum. The role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle provides a comprehensive benefits package, with specific benefits detailed in the posting.
