About The Position

This role provides operational consulting and execution support across key investment operations initiatives, including fund launches, counterparty setup, platform integrations, reporting enhancements, and asset class expansion. The individual will partner with clients and internal teams to optimize workflows, support OMS functionality, and ensure smooth execution of front, middle, and back-office processes. Responsibilities include conducting operational reviews, supporting reconciliations and lifecycle events, documenting requirements, and improving scalable workflows. The ideal candidate has strong investment operations experience, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage client-facing work while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience OR high school diploma with 4+ years of related experience.
  • Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects of moderate complexity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make recommendations and decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in BPO, consulting, or client-facing roles strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational consulting and execution support on projects such as fund launches, counterparty setup, asset class expansion, reporting initiatives, and platform integrations.
  • Conduct operational reviews to assess environments, ensuring optimal configuration, adoption of new functionality, and implementation of scalable, efficient workflows.
  • Advise on and support integrations across front, middle, and back-office systems, third‑party vendors, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.
  • Process and reconcile key asset servicing lifecycle events and non‑trading activities.
  • Document business and technical requirements, workflow designs, and maintain an up‑to‑date library of operational artifacts.
  • Architect and engineer OMS workflows to meet complex business and operational requirements.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for OMS functionality, providing escalation support for day‑to‑day operational issues as well as strategic client requests.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of all solutions delivered to clients.
