About The Position

We are looking for a visionary, hands-on Principal Product Manager to drive Product Data & Analytics, fundamentally transforming how insights are generated and consumed in an increasingly AI-driven world. In this pivotal role, you will define the Product Adoption Data Foundation & Analytic strategy and guide execution alongside a skilled team of Data Engineers. Keeping pace with the latest AI advancements, you will leverage your domain expertise to conceptualize and develop agentic data products to solve for Product Adoption Insights. Furthermore, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Data Governance establishing rigorous processes to ensure data quality and freshness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years, Master’s degree with 10+ years, or PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of data and analytics products from concept through launch at an enterprise level.
  • Expert ability to deconstruct complex challenges, execute data-driven analysis, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytics across the Customer Journey, including Product Adoption, Time to Deploy, and Time to Value metrics.
  • Extensive hands-on experience working with SQL and data visualization tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing Customer Entitlements across the installed base of products and multi-faceted packaging.
  • Hands-on experience developing functional prototypes and fully functioning MVPs using AI coding tools such as Cursor.
  • Solid understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities, including concepts such as context windows, RAG, and memory.
  • Knowledge of Python programming language.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and prioritize the Product Telemetry and Analytics roadmap, balancing immediate wins with long-term initiatives.
  • Translate business needs and stakeholder requests into clear, actionable technical epics.
  • Define and own the Product Requirements Document (PRD) for strategic New Product Launches and related initiatives.
  • Analyze data to share strategic insights with Senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Act as the core liaison between business leadership and engineering to transform data strategy into concrete execution plans.
  • Drive the cultural shift from static reporting to AI-driven interactions, leading internal Product Analytics in adopting AI workflows.
  • Champion natural language AI data analyzers by leading the onboarding of product consumption datasets and refining business context.
  • Quickly build and iterate on functional prototypes using AI-native tools to validate concept and user experience fit.
  • Represent the data track in vertical AI initiatives, ensuring key data signals are available in workflows to boost productivity.
  • Develop agentic MVPs in coding tools such as Cursor to rapidly accelerate the deployment time of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Utilize proprietary AI tools to convert business requirements into actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Own the centralized data catalog for Product consumption metrics and critical data elements.
  • Partner with Data Stewards and IT Engineering teams to inspect, prioritize, and manage data quality remediation efforts.
