About The Position

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027. The Principal IT Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions within the Enterprise Applications portfolio. This position drives cross-functional planning, integrated execution and implementation of strategic initiatives on the roadmap, while fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels. He/she ensures the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that support and enable Graco’s business objectives and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project, program, or delivery management, preferably within a complex, large-scale, global enterprise application environment.
  • 5+ years of experience leading delivery of full-cycle implementations with enterprise CRM and/or ERP systems such as Salesforce or Oracle, supply chain and manufacturing applications, and digital experience (DXP) and e-commerce platforms such as Adobe, CommerceTools , or SAP.
  • Experience leading complex business application modernization projects and cloud migrations for enterprise systems.
  • Proven track record of managing globally diverse cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale, transformative IT roadmaps.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Scrumban , or other modern delivery methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of application development, systems integration, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry or other complex, process-driven environments.
  • PMP, ITIL, CSPO, CSM, and/or related certifications.
  • Proven success with cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Delivery Leadership Own end-to-end delivery for IT solutions on the Enterprise applications roadmap, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget, to the highest quality, while aligning with business priorities.
  • Lead delivery workstreams across multiple product and platform teams, collaborating closely with Product Management, Development, Infrastructure, and Data teams to achieve seamless and coordinated execution.
  • Cross-functional Work Integration Lead cross-functional workstream planning, sequencing, and integration of work across multiple product, platform and business teams.
  • Manage and lead cross-product resource planning to optimize resource availability and utilization for key initiatives within the Enterprise Applications portfolio.
  • Drive delivery with system integrators, technology vendors, and global implementation partners on critical initiatives.
  • Oversee IT environment planning and management to ensure effective utilization of environments across projects and initiatives.
  • Risk and Issue Management Proactively identify , assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact delivery, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution while ensuring stakeholders are aware of informed and consulted.
  • Establish and enforce delivery standards, best practices, KPIs and metrics to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across all projects.
  • Stakeholder Management Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive culture of accountability with all team members and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement by leveraging feedback, lessons learned, and industry best practices to enhance delivery processes and team performance.
