We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Delivery Manager to join the Engineering IT Solutions team to lead the delivery of IT solutions for the Rolls-Royce Engineering community. The Engineering IT Solutions team is responsible for the global deployment and support of engineering IT applications. Although this role is in the US, it is a global role and will support global IT programs in the long term. Initial focus of this role is leading the delivery of IT solutions to enable CMMC Level 2 certification required by Rolls-Royce US Defense Programs. This role requires skills in managing people, programs of work and influencing project scope, requirements, and leadership decisions to ensure the IT programs successfully deliver fit-for-purpose solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader that has knowledge of Rolls-Royce Engineering processes and tools and exposure to capability development. Why Rolls-Royce?
