SUMMARY OF THE JOB: The IT Service Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role within the organization, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This position is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT Services across Projects and Platforms, aligning IT services with business goals, and enabling business capabilities through technology. The initial primary responsibility will be to lead the introduction and integration of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for IT services in 2026, setting the foundation for ongoing improvements in IT service quality, efficiency, and scalability.
