Let’s talk about the role As a Lead Delivery Manager , you will lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for taking projects from initiation through closure while applying structured project management and agile methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience managing IT projects with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
Proven experience using Agile or hybrid methodologies for structured project delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and operate with urgency.

Nice To Haves

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
Experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects using structured agile or hybrid methodologies.
Build and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource requirements.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
Communication & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
Provide clear and timely updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and changes to stakeholders at all levels.
Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Lead sprint ceremonies and ensure teams follow agreed ways of working and delivery milestones.
Risk, Issue & Change Management Identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks proactively; build mitigation and escalation plans.
Evaluate and manage change requests to maintain project stability and timelines.
Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards.
Team Leadership & Collaboration Guide and support cross-functional teams, promoting accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments to enable efficient team workflows and collaboration.
Motivate teams and adjust priorities to meet delivery goals in a dynamic environment.
Process Improvement Continuously assess and improve project management processes for efficiency and scalability.
Recommend and implement enhancements to strengthen project delivery practices.
