About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Principal Intelligence Analysts & Section Lead to join our team! In this role, you lead the development of enterprise-level intelligence strategies and products. Focuses on addressing high-priority intelligence requirements and providing strategic guidance to leadership. Develops and produces intelligence products of tactical and strategic value to meet the client’s intelligence and operational priorities. Gathers analyzes, evaluates and fuses information from divers sources including HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, OSINT, and All-Source intelligence to support contingency operations, operational planning, and strategic engagement policies in support of autonomous technologies worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of intelligence experience
  • 10+ years of related progressively responsible intelligence analysis experience
  • Demonstrated experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis, with familiarity across multiple intelligence disciplines (e.g., GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT).
  • Expert knowledge of geospatial analysis tools and GIS platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, Google Earth, or similar systems) gained through formal training or on-the-job experience.
  • Experience producing finished intelligence products, briefings, and assessments for senior leadership or interagency audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical and analytic information clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences
  • Prior experience collaborating in interagency or multi-disciplinary environments, coordinating with intelligence community partners, DoW, DHS, or law enforcement agencies.
  • Strong critical thinking, writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaborative teams supporting fast-paced, mission-driven environments with shifting priorities.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and engaging with technical subject-matter experts.
  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (required)
  • An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.​
  • General technical understanding of Unmanned Systems (UxS), including air vehicles, payloads, ground control systems, and communications links.
  • Working knowledge of UxS operational employment, including mission planning, operations (flight, maritime, or ground), sustainment, and training pipelines.
  • Deep expertise in intelligence disciplines and strategic analysis

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development of enterprise-wide intelligence strategies and initiatives
  • Conducts and overseas the production of high-priority intelligence products
  • Provides expert-level analysis of global political, military, and economic developments
  • Advises senior leadership on intelligence trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly creative
  • Collaborates with interagency and international partners to address intelligence gaps
  • Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas at both tactical and strategic levels
  • Works under consultative direction towards predetermining long-range targets
  • Keeps current with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and advancements in security technologies
  • Provides advice and counsel to the organization in area of expertise
  • Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts
  • Participates in planning, leading, and executing the implementation of large programs
  • Mentors and trains junior analysts, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies.
