Principal Integrated Marketing Manager

NetApp, Inc.
•$275,000 - $308,000

About The Position

The Principal Integrated Marketing Manager owns product marketing strategy for integrated marketing plans at NetApp, working across product marketing, corporate marketing, sales enablement, partner engagement, and other stakeholders. In partnership with product marketing managers, the role owns the platform-level product prioritization marketing calendar, including launches and events, and drives strategic decisions about integrated marketing plans and the allocation of budget for marketing content and creative production based on business priorities. The role also aligns cross-channel strategy and sequences integrated plans against the marketing calendar so campaigns reinforce rather than compete with one another.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in senior marketing leadership roles, with direct ownership of demand generation and/or integrated campaign strategy at scale in retail, consumer, or B2B environments.
  • A proven track record of building operating models, governance frameworks, or launch processes from scratch in ambiguous, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience owning a marketing budget, including forecasting and ROI or pipeline influence reporting.
  • Ability to learn a new industry and buyer landscape quickly and translate marketing operating model expertise across business contexts.
  • A track record of leading through influence and cross-functional relationships across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Brand, rather than relying only on direct authority.
  • Experience operating effectively in a lean team structure and building leverage through process and partnership rather than headcount.
  • Typically, at least 15 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, engineering, or business; additional experience may be considered instead of a degree. Less experience may be required with an advanced degree such as a master's, MBA, or Ph.D.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with partner ecosystem marketing, such as hyperscalers, systems integrators, or ISVs; this is a plus, not a requirement.
