This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree with 5 years of related experience, or Masters with 3 years of related experience or 1 years with a PhD; an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance or enrolled in the DoD continuous vetting program at time of application.
  • Must be current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
  • Experience interpreting and applying security regulations, standards, and policies
  • Experience supporting security incident investigations and administering or reviewing access to sensitive information, systems, or facilities

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 manuals.
  • Familiarity with Security Information Management System (SIMS).
  • Experience with JADE and DISS.
  • Prior SAP Experience
  • Experience with SAP inspections and a record of Satisfactory compliance ratings
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to adapt/function in high performing Team.
  • Meticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets.
  • Excellent writing skills, and organizational skills enabling effective communications.
  • Organized and efficient at time management.
  • Computer and desktop Microsoft office software products experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support Special Projects as an ACPSO with security compliance and execution of the national industrial security program which includes, but is not limited to, handling of classified and/or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment, implementation of federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
  • Obtain ruling, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
  • Prepare manuals outlining regulations for subcontractors and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.
  • Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
