This role involves serving as the primary configuration lead for Workday Advanced Compensation, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation grades, bonus programs, merit cycles, stock programs, and related business processes. The analyst will troubleshoot complex compensation configuration issues and provide expert-level guidance. They will also lead the configuration of various Workday modules, design and optimize business processes, implement calculated fields, condition rules, eligibility rules, and security frameworks. Additionally, the role drives the end-to-end delivery of Workday enhancements, manages cross-functional projects, integrates Workday Skills Cloud and AI-driven features, and partners with HR leadership and regional HR teams. Expertise in Workday integrations, APIs, reporting, analytics, security, compliance, global deployments, and localization is crucial. Knowledge of Workday Payroll and Benefits modules and AI governance is also required.
