The Principal will be part of a highly collaborative team with the responsibility for building strong partnerships with clients and candidates through new and existing business development, and full life-cycle recruitment. This role focuses on retained search engagements within for-profit healthcare organizations and health systems, partnering closely with senior healthcare leaders while delivering high-quality search execution. This includes working closely with the assigned search execution team in the delivery of utmost quality within the required timescales. Your role is that of a trusted advisor to our clients whilst contributing to Korn Ferry International’s integrated solutions sales strategy. This role requires candidates to be based in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone to effectively support client needs.
