In the role as Principal Hardware Engineer, you will work to advance existing technology or introduce novel technologies and therapies, specifically in Digital Health. You will work with key stakeholders to help consider system and hardware requirements, integrate systems solutions and organize technical objectives of the products in HealthCast Acute Care and Monitoring. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for building tight collaboration and a culture of trust within the Digital Health organization. A Day in the Life As a Principal Hardware Engineer, you will be accountable for supporting Digital Health projects as a Systems Hardware Engineer for R&D. The Hardware Engineer will work closely on new product development while also supporting sustaining projects as a hardware focused pillar on the team. The Hardware Engineer should be able to provide technical leadership in design, development, and verification of complex hardware systems. This role will serve as a technical expert and mentor within the engineering organization, helping to elevate the capabilities of a growing team while driving the development of reliable, high-quality products. This role is required on site in either Mounds View, Minnesota or Lafayette, Colorado.
