Our travel app start-up client is looking for a principal GTM recruiter. This role will lead full-cycle hiring across the go-to-market organization, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. It is a high-ownership, high-impact position where you will partner directly with GTM leadership to shape organizational strategy, run searches end-to-end, and improve the quality of every hire. This is a 3–6 month contract-to-hire engagement with a clear path to full-time conversion based on performance and fit.
