About The Position

Employer.com is seeking a GTM Sourcer to support EMEA commercial hiring for a well-known AI Client. This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension. The role is remote, with a preference for PST time zones, though CST is acceptable. The GTM Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates for GTM commercial roles across the EMEA region, building talent pipelines, and conducting market research. Collaboration with hiring managers and reporting on sourcing metrics are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years sourcing experience with GTM/commercial roles (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, CS)
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing technical partners - applied AI architects or engineers who understand the technical skillset for commercial/sales hiring
  • EMEA market knowledge and GTM experience; must be able to talent map and drive searches strategically
  • Gem CRM proficiency (required)
  • LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search fluency
  • Data-driven - candidates should have metrics and impact quantified on their resume
  • Resume stability expected; note contract roles or personal departures explicitly in submissions

Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for GTM commercial roles (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success) across the EMEA region
  • Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs, with particular focus on technical partner roles and AI-adjacent commercial positions
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive talent mapping to identify high-potential candidates and market trends within EMEA
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced search methodologies
  • Manage end-to-end candidate outreach, qualification, and relationship building through Gem CRM and other recruitment tools
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, cultural fit, and technical competencies needed for commercial/sales positions
  • Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics including pipeline velocity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality indicators
  • Provide actionable market insights and talent availability assessments to inform hiring strategy and resource planning
