About The Position

NXP is seeking a Principal Global Sales Strategy Analyst IIoT to join the Global Sales Strategy team. Reporting to the Global Sales Chief of Staff, this role provides critical advisory, facilitation, and analytical support for global sales strategy initiatives. This role acts as an internal consultant and force multiplier for the CSO’s office. The successful candidate will facilitate cross-functional alignment between the CSO and the IIoT sales organization to ensure that global initiatives across robotics, AI, factory automation, energy, and building automation are coordinated and data-driven. We are looking for a strategic thinker capable of translating complex market signals into executive-level insights.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering or Business
  • 10-15 years of proven experience in the semiconductor industry across Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to perform rigorous strategic and commercial analyses.
  • Familiarity with IIoT segments and global market dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Sales Chief of Staff in executing strategic sales initiatives and workstreams specifically focused on the IIoT landscape.
  • Prepare strategic analyses, briefing materials, and presentations for the CSO and Sales MT to support high-level decision-making and customer engagements.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the Global Sales Strategy team and the Industrial/IIoT sales organization to ensure cohesive execution of GTM strategies.
  • Distill competitive dynamics, technology shifts, and customer trends into concise, actionable reports for sales leadership.
  • Track milestones and drive follow-through on ad-hoc strategy projects, ensuring deliverables from cross-functional stakeholders are met.
  • Analyze market trends and regional opportunities to provide clear recommendations on where the Global Sales Organization should focus its resources.
