The Principal Financial Analyst serves as a key finance partner to the U.S. Renal Denervation (RDN) Sales organization, providing financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic insights across revenue, procedures, and operating expenses. This role partners closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency. The position plays a critical role in forecasting, performance reporting, commercial analytics, and strategic decision support. The Principal Financial Analyst operates as a senior individual contributor and strategic finance partner to the U.S. Renal Denervation (RDN) Sales organization. This role supports multiple sales regions and leaders, providing financial insights that influence revenue growth strategies, commercial investments, and operational decision-making. The position requires strong analytical capability, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership. The role has significant impact on sales performance management, forecasting accuracy, and strategic planning by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue, procedures, and operating expenses. Through close collaboration with Sales leadership, Sales Operations, Total Rewards, and Finance Centers of Excellence, the Principal Financial Analyst helps guide resource allocation, pricing and incentive insights, and performance improvement initiatives that support achievement of financial and commercial objectives. This position also plays a key role in enhancing financial processes, reporting frameworks, and analytical capabilities that enable more effective decision-making across the organization.
