Principal Experience Strategist
About The Position
Serves as the primary designer for Datavail design services and Design Sprint engagements. Plans and conducts user research, maps current- and future-state journeys, designs and prototypes solutions, and tests them with users. Facilitates discovery workshops and Design Sprints using Datavail’s DRIVE workshop framework and helps train others to facilitate it. Collaborates with delivery teams on the backlog and validates usability and business outcomes in production. Maintains the practice’s design methods and templates. This is an individual-contributor role that is 100% billable.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in experience design.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary designer on design services and Design Sprint engagements.
