The Enterprise Performance System team is responsible for the implementation of Lean across PG&E. This is accomplished by training, coaching, KPI development and tracking, problem solving, use of standards of performance and eliminating waste. This team leads the Enterprise assessment process on how we measure operational excellence and lean maturity. This role serves as the execution lead and key thought partner supporting the design and implementation of PG&E’s enterprise operational excellence system, including the Performance Playbook, enterprise assessment processes, and coaching process. Reporting to the strategy lead, this Principal will partner in the design and development of assessment implementation approaches, and drive execution of enterprise assessments initiatives, translating performance objectives into structured assessment execution and reporting. The role requires strong system thinking, the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, and the capability to influence senior leaders without direct authority. This position is hybrid. In-office work is required 1–3 days per week at the Oakland General Office. Some travel across PG&E territory is required to support assessment execution. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business needs or company requirements. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader.
