Requirements
- 4 years experience in land development plus BSCE or the equivalent work experience of 8 years
- AutoCad/Civil 3D experience required
- Knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards and procedures preferably in Arizona
Nice To Haves
- EIT preferred
- Ability to obtain AZ PE License within 12 months of hire preferred
Responsibilities
- Take grading plans from conceptual design to final plans
- Preparation and processing of maps and plans for subdivision and land development projects
- Road design
- Drainage
