This opportunity is for a flexible, self-motivated, and innovative individual with an interest in leading remedial systems design projects, providing senior level technical direction, strategic project planning, and developing high-quality work products for our wide variety of clients. The successful individual will be an integral team member that will provide technical leadership for our remediation service lines for remediation projects located throughout the United States and, potentially, internationally. Primary responsibilities in this role will be focused on working with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals developing project solutions and high-quality work products. The successful team member will have additional opportunities to support the growth of our technical practice, expand our client portfolio, and mentor staff along their career path. Key to success will be the ability to work contemporaneously across multiple projects and advise the project teams to ensure quality and value for our clients and reduce/remove risks that impact project success. This expert-level professional will support project managers and technical teams with skills in the follow areas: Listen: Absorb the information needed to maintain an understanding of project objectives and an awareness of how the team is strategically planning and executing the project. Think: Identify potential issues and draw on experience and expertise to identify potential outcomes and alternative approaches or perspectives. Advise: Evoke critical thinking by asking questions, posing alternative ideas, and exposing potential pitfalls and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate: Support project teams in developing a strategic vision and identifying resources and methods to succeed.
