Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience – OR – Master’s degree with 0 years of related experience (for Level 2)
Bachelors of Science in Engineering +5 years of experience; Masters Degree + 3 years of experience (for Level 3)
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Familiarity with customer and internal requirements implementation and flow-down
Interdepartmental collaboration and communication skills
Experience developing and working to an AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS)
Ability to work overtime and travel as needed
An advanced understanding of Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis (5-WHY, Fishbone, 8D) (for Level 3)
Technical background in Ammunitions and Explosives (A&E) (for Level 3)

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated skill with process improvement projects
Strong technical writing skills
Active U.S. Government security clearance of Secret or above
Experience working in the Aerospace industry
Extensive experience with RCCA analysis, investigation, and implementation
Experience with DCMA and USAF as customer base
Experience generating QMS command media
Team leadership experience
Ability to Mentor/train new hires

Responsibilities

Define and monitor mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of programs.
Perform or assure quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers in accordance with contractual requirements.
Assess program performance and risks and determine resources to ensure mission assurance.
