Requirements

• BS or MS from an accredited engineering program.
• 5 years high purity gas experience or related manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English Language – strong interpersonal, written & verbal communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-motivated; able to take ownership of assignments, develop work plans and proactively seek feedback to ensure objectives are aligned and met.
• Team player; able to succeed in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Ability to support continuous manufacturing operations during “off hours” as required.
• Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong technical expertise in bulk and specialty gas distribution systems, gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes (VMBs), gas monitoring systems, purification technologies, pressure control systems, and semiconductor manufacturing support infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary technical interface between Facilities and manufacturing customers to ensure reliable gas delivery and process support.
• Monitoring system performance, capacity, and reliability to meet current and future manufacturing demands.
• Leading troubleshooting efforts for gas distribution, purification, monitoring, and control systems while driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Identifying and executing process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, reliability, quality, and cost performance.
• Supporting manufacturing operations through process monitoring, equipment performance analysis, and rapid response to system issues.
• Developing and maintaining system documentation, engineering standards, operating procedures, and maintenance strategies.
• Leading system modifications, expansions, and capital projects including design reviews, performance analysis, startup support, and commissioning activities.
• Applying sound engineering principles and industry best practices to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of specialty gas systems.
• Providing technical training, mentoring, and operational support to facilities technicians, engineers, and operations personnel.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements related to specialty gas systems and hazardous materials management.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
