Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Design Lead for Power Management ICs and MCMs Work closely with Concept Engineering, Applications, Marketing, and Project Managers to define feature set, chip architecture, resourcing, schedule and cost Mentor less experienced designers in the art of mixed-signal design, highlighting good design practices Support / plan DFT strategy and DFT design implementation Support production test development and ramp to production Specification and transistor-level design of low-power /high-performance analog circuits and power management modules meeting performance, silicon area, power and timescale constraints with CMOS/BCD technology Perform all aspects of IC analog/mixed signal design from definition to production. Potential areas of design include precision, low-power analog & I/O blocks, A/D & D/A converters, PLLs, as well as higher voltage integrated drivers, switching FETs, and sense and protection circuitry
