About The Position

Procore Technologies is hiring a Principal Enablement & Adoption Manager, Enterprise AI to drive AI fluency and adoption across its global workforce. This role is part of the Enterprise AI Center of Excellence within the Enterprise Technology & Business Platforms team and focuses on helping employees in Go-to-Market and G&A teams use AI effectively. The role will develop and scale persona-based enablement programs, knowledge resources, and a champions network for Claude, Gemini, and other enterprise AI tools, with the aim of turning AI investments into measurable business results. The manager will partner with business leaders, Product Management, Talent, Learning & Development, the Enterprise AI team, and business-unit champions. The position focuses on AI use by business teams; enablement for Procore’s Product & Technology organization, including agentic software development, is handled within P&T. The role reports to the Senior Director, Technology Transformation & Enterprise AI and is based in Austin, Texas, or remote within the United States.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in enablement, learning and development, or change management, including leading enterprise-scale adoption of a new technology or platform.
Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, and ability to teach others to use them effectively.
Demonstrated experience designing role-based learning programs and measuring business impact.
Proven success building and leading global champion or ambassador networks.
Experience building and maintaining self-service learning hubs or enterprise knowledge bases, such as Confluence.
Cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to execute adoption programs.
Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills to explain complex technology to diverse audiences.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and create structured programs where none exist.

Responsibilities

Design role-, function-, and access-tier-based training and learning paths for enterprise AI tools, including Claude and Google Workspace with Gemini.
Build and maintain a central AI knowledge base with how-to guides, prompt and use-case libraries, FAQs, and training resources.
Build and run a business-unit AI champions network alongside the Enablement Guild.
Plan training and communications for rollout waves in partnership with the Staff TPM leading each rollout.
Communicate tool availability, best practices, and upcoming roadmap items to employees.
Run demos, business workshops, roadshows, and AI showcases to demonstrate AI capabilities and accelerate business value.
Track new capabilities in Claude, Gemini, and other enterprise AI tools, and update training and guidance as tools evolve.
Measure AI adoption and proficiency by team and persona with Analytics, and address blockers and capability gaps.
Run office hours, support AI Slack channels, and guide employees to shared libraries of skills and Projects to promote reusable learning.
