About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a Delivery Leader to drive client outcomes through modern Systems Integration. This role is for a leader who brings a solution-first mindset, challenges conventional delivery approaches, and embeds AI and innovation into everyday execution. You will partner closely with clients to understand business priorities, shape practical solutions, and lead teams to deliver measurable value. A central expectation of this role is to evolve teams from task-oriented delivery to outcome-driven, value-focused solutioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in delivery leadership, program management, engineering leadership, or transformation leadership roles.
  • Strong experience in Systems Integration, custom application development, and enterprise technology delivery.
  • Proven expertise across Java, .NET, cloud ecosystems, and modern application development environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive solution-oriented and value-focused delivery approaches across large organizations.
  • Hands-on understanding of AI, GenAI, automation technologies, and modern engineering practices.
  • Proven experience partnering with clients to shape solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams and organizations.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and complex delivery portfolios.
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing global delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of delivery governance, operational excellence, risk management, and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience driving innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Comfortable operating across solutioning, delivery, transformation, and client advisory engagements.
  • Capable of managing multiple concurrent priorities in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience working effectively with globally distributed teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
  • Commitment to client success, business value realization, innovation, and engineering excellence.

  • Provide end-to-end delivery leadership across enterprise Systems Integration and transformation programs.

  • Transform delivery organizations into innovation-led, outcome-driven teams focused on measurable business results.
  • Align engineering execution with client priorities, strategic objectives, and value realization goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and executive leadership teams.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on delivery excellence, transformation programs, and technology modernization initiatives.
