The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to develop and deploy AI and analytic solutions for non-technical users, often at the point of care. Responsibilities include designing and developing scripts/software for data management, extraction, analysis, and AI, as well as developing predictive and prescriptive models. The role may involve leading scientific projects and potentially supervising direct and indirect reports.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, mathematics, computer science, health science, or other analytical/quantitative field.
  • A minimum of five years of professional or research experience in data science.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, deep learning, statistical data processing, regression techniques, neural networks, decision trees, clustering, pattern recognition, probability theory and data science methods and the mathematical theories underlying these tools used to analyze data.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare data types, topics, and scientific challenges and approaches.
  • Technical and business background/experience.

  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Deep expertise in the use of scientific computing and data management packages.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate various tasks on projects.
