•$102,300 - $209,500

About The Position

The Principal Data Center Electrical Engineer supports Oracle’s Commercial, AI Infrastructure, and Go Big initiatives by ensuring deployment readiness, engineering compliance, and operational reliability as the company expands its data center footprint. The role supports critical-environment maintenance, incident management, site selection and construction, data center operations, engineering design and governance, and training and knowledge sharing. The engineer oversees tenant-improvement work for white-space fit-outs, reviews sites and proposed designs, validates electrical plans and failover designs, develops digitized electrical models and distribution templates, and supports supplier-led fit-out activities. The role partners with design, construction, commissioning, colocation, field engineering, and operations teams to integrate electrical systems, validate on-site operations, and maintain mission-critical system performance. It also supports investigations and post-incident root-cause analysis, prepares technical reports, reviews changes and commissioning activities, and advances safe, compliant, efficient operations. Travel is typically approximately 25%.
