Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on leader to drive our HR data science and AI strategy, building scalable analytics and intelligent automation solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role will own workforce analytics, AI-driven HR initiatives, and the continued development of agent-based solutions integrating Workday, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.

Requirements

  • ~7 years in data science, analytics, or AI (HR/People Analytics preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Workday reporting, data models, and APIs
  • Experience building AI solutions or automation (chatbots, agents, workflows)
  • Advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)
  • Proficiency in Python or similar tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Foundry or similar AI platforms strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and scale AI-driven HR solutions, including chatbot/agent capabilities that automate HR service delivery and workflows
  • Lead Workday-based analytics and reporting, delivering actionable insights on headcount, attrition, recruiting, and workforce planning
  • Develop and maintain executive-facing dashboards in Power BI
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and integration across HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, and enterprise platforms)
  • Partner across HR and IT to translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions
  • Evaluate and apply emerging AI technologies to modernize HR operations
