About The Position

Citizens’ Decision Science organization is seeking a Principal Data Analyst to lead high-impact analytics initiatives that translate complex business questions into scalable data solutions, actionable insights, and measurable business outcomes. The role focuses on owning the development, implementation, and periodic update of Net Present Value models for the Consumer Deposits portfolio, shaping analytic strategy, guiding project execution, and partnering with senior business stakeholders. The Principal Data Analyst owns Deposit Net Present Value calculations, methodology, and improvement strategy; evaluates assumptions used to extrapolate customer behavior beyond observed measurement periods and assesses how those assumptions affect NPV estimates. The position works directly with business stakeholders to anticipate needs, shape priorities, influence direction, and maintain alignment and trust throughout project lifecycles. It also partners across Analytics, Technology, Finance, Product, Risk, Data, and other teams to design flexible, modular, well-governed analytic solutions that can adapt to changing business needs. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with four days per week onsite and one day remote.
