About The Position

As the Principal-Data Analysis, you will be responsible for designing solutions which achieve the organization’s objectives for data sourcing, synchronization, and performance across the business compensation technology stack. This is a high visibility role which interacts with sales leaders who support Indirect distribution. The candidate must have a good mix of technical skills and leadership experience with a focus on evolving the E2E data architecture roadmap, delivering new compensation plans, and enhancing existing compensation plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • Expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results.
  • Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies.
  • Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions.
  • Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.
  • SQL, PowerBI, Python, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, preprocess, and cleanse data from various sources to ensure it is accurate and ready for analysis.
  • Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and insights, creating reports and recommendations for business decisions.
  • Create clear, factual/precise, and compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify, resolve, and ensure the accuracy of data discrepancies across platforms, maintaining data reliability through quality control and auditing.
  • Manages the most complex data storage from multiple sources, and very complex level analytics to solve very complex business problems.
