About The Position

As the Principal-Data Analysis, you will be responsible for designing solutions which achieve the organization’s objectives for data sourcing, synchronization, and performance across the business compensation technology stack. This is a high visibility role which interacts with sales leaders who support Indirect distribution. The candidate must have a good mix of technical skills and leadership experience with a focus on evolving the E2E data architecture roadmap, delivering new compensation plans, and enhancing existing compensation plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
7+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
Expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results.
Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies.
Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions.
Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.
SQL, PowerBI, Python, etc.

Responsibilities

Gather, preprocess, and cleanse data from various sources to ensure it is accurate and ready for analysis.
Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and insights, creating reports and recommendations for business decisions.
Create clear, factual/precise, and compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Identify, resolve, and ensure the accuracy of data discrepancies across platforms, maintaining data reliability through quality control and auditing.
Manages the most complex data storage from multiple sources, and very complex level analytics to solve very complex business problems.
