As a client-facing leader, you’ll partner with stakeholders to understand their business goals, uncover opportunities, and identify the barriers preventing them from delivering exceptional experiences. From discovery through execution, you’ll guide clients in addressing challenges such as fragmented or untrusted data, broken customer experiences, and underutilized MarTech investments. You’ll bring a consultative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies. Working closely with C-level executives, cross-functional teams, Consulting Leaders, and delivery teams, you’ll shape innovative solutions that drive business impact and bring our strategic vision to life. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of delivering advanced solutions to complex client challenges.
  • Hands-on expertise in MarTech, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and demonstrating strong business acumen in digital transformation, marketing strategy, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience owning the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Hands-on experience negotiating contracts, pricing and scope with mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience leading client meetings, business reviews and executive presentations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision makers.
  • The ability to lead multiple high-impact projects with confidence and agility.
  • A passion for learning, evolving, and delivering value in every interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-profile clients and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic consulting engagements that solve complex business challenges and deliver transformative solutions that create measurable client impact.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to client stakeholders, building strong relationships across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional client experiences, alignment, and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive client value, strengthen relationships, and grow consulting revenue across a portfolio of accounts.
  • Lead discovery, strategy development, recommendations, and execution planning — ensuring solutions address client challenges related to fragmented data, broken customer experiences, and underutilized MarTech investments.
  • Assess business opportunities, develop recommendations, and evaluate ROI to help clients prioritize initiatives that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Apply deep expertise in digital transformation, customer experience, data, and technology ecosystems to guide clients through complex business decisions and evolving market landscapes.
  • Collaborate with Consulting Leaders, delivery teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and successfully implemented.
  • Identify opportunities to improve consulting methodologies, delivery approaches, and client outcomes through innovation, industry insights, and best practices.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving customer experience practices; represent BlastX Consulting as a thought leader through industry participation and client engagement.
  • Partner with the Growth team to support business development efforts, including client expansion opportunities, proposals, and strategic pursuits.
  • Contribute to the growth and maturity of the consulting organization through knowledge sharing, mentorship, skill development, and continuous improvement.
