About The Position

Grow with us. Lead with us. At Pioneer, you’ll work directly with executive teams, solving complex problems and shaping strategies that reset what’s possible. Sometimes the work is headline-worthy. Sometimes it’s foundational. But every project earns trust – and earns us the right to take on more. You’ll get the kind of access, challenge, and growth found at big firms – while helping build a company that’s scaling fast and guided by what we value. If you're looking for meaning, momentum, and a seat at the table, you're in the right place. As a ServiceNow Solution Architect specializing in Technology & Security, you will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to helping clients solve complex issues and achieve exceptional results. You are a self-driven professional who excels at leading successful implementations and maximizing the value of the ServiceNow platform. In this critical role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations (SecOps), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM). Core IT workflows are the foundation, but your versatility across security-aligned products — security incident response, vulnerability management, and governance, risk, and compliance — is what sets you apart. You will leverage your deep understanding of ServiceNow functionality and best practices to help clients connect IT operations, security, and risk on a single platform.
