Principal Consultant (Post Sales Engineer)

Aerospike is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their Professional Services team. The role involves designing data architectures for Aerospike customers and collaborating with solution partners to integrate Aerospike features into their use cases. The successful candidate will lead projects, work closely with customers, and ensure customer success by providing hands-on implementation support. • Design cloud and on-premise data architectures for Aerospike customers and solution partners
• Work with customers in designing solutions using Aerospike and other ecosystem components like Kafka, Spark, Presto, and JMS
• Lead projects with customers and liaison with internal Aerospike teams with a focus on customer success
• Help with hands-on implementation of Aerospike wherever needed

• Design cloud and on-premise data architectures for Aerospike customers and solution partners

• 5+ years of experience in customer management and software architecture design

• Competitive salary range of $180,000 - $210,000

• Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud services and architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and design in NoSQL databases (Aerospike, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, Redis, DynamoDB)
• Working knowledge of Big Data areas (Kafka, Spark, Presto/Trino)
• Working knowledge of Relational Databases and relational data modeling
• Strong understanding of application development and deployment lifecycle
• Skills in programming languages like Python, Java, NodeJS, C, C++
• Experience working with DevOps platforms such as Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes
• Understanding of Graph databases and Time Series Databases
