About The Position

enVista is seeking a D365 Finance Principal Consultant to serve as the primary Finance authority on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations. This role is for a seasoned Finance professional ready for greater solution leadership, with support to grow into a strong Solution Architect. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of progressive finance, accounting, controllership, internal finance leadership, or consulting experience, with over 3 years of hands-on D365 Finance experience preferred. Candidates from deep consulting backgrounds, strong internal finance leadership roles, or a blend of both are welcome, provided they can lead Finance conversations, advise executives and users confidently, and are interested in expanding into a full-time consulting and solution leadership role. While Finance is the primary focus, the role also requires interest in and exposure to adjacent SCM, operations, technical, integration, and reporting workstreams for coherent end-to-end solution design. This is an opportunity to be a thought leader and change-maker at a pivotal time in enVista's journey, with investment in people, systems, and future. enVista offers comprehensive onboarding and training, award and recognition programs, volunteer and affinity groups, and a strong mentoring culture, committed to growing top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Design and validate Finance solutions for organizations with multiple legal entities, intercompany transactions, consolidation requirements, shared financial structures, financial dimensions, and reporting needs.
  • Own quality control for Finance deliverables, including design documents, configuration decisions, process flows, client-facing recommendations, and finance-related project outputs before they are presented to clients.
  • Collaborate with SCM, manufacturing, warehousing, technical, integration, data migration, reporting, and project management resources to ensure Finance decisions are aligned with the broader end-to-end solution.
