About The Position

Reporting to the Manager, conseiller D365, the Senior Consultant D365 F&O Commerce & Retail is a member of the Microsoft team. You will play a key role in supporting our retail sector clients in the implementation, optimization, and transformation of their strategic omnichannel processes. As a recognized expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce & Retail solutions, you will transform your expertise into added value for our clients, working on strategic projects related to point of sale (POS) management, e-commerce, store operations, retail supply chain, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10 years of confirmed experience in ERP/CRM implementation or technology solutions in the retail sector, with in-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (and/or D365 Commerce / Retail).
  • Solid understanding of omnichannel retail challenges, in-store operations (POS), pricing and promotions management, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation or e-commerce platform integration projects.
  • Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into concrete and innovative functional solutions.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the analysis of business needs for retail clients and design adapted functional solutions in D365 F&O.
  • Configure and deploy retail-related modules: store management, POS, products, promotions, pricing, loyalty, channel management (online/offline), etc.
  • Oversee key project phases: framing workshops, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Contribute to optimizing the customer experience through D365 Commerce and Retail technologies.
  • Work closely with technical, marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and coherent solution integration.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to end-users and produce necessary functional documentation.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients on retail trends and digital innovations.
  • Support internal teams and clients in a continuous improvement and change management approach.
