About The Position
Reporting to the D365 Consultant Manager, and a key member of the Microsoft team, the Senior D365 F&O Logistics Consultant plays a strategic role in supporting our clients in optimizing their logistics processes. You will lead high-value ERP implementation projects, transforming business needs into concrete and high-performing functional solutions. As a recognized expert in logistics on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, you will leverage your expertise to model, configure, and deploy innovative solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and client growth. Your contribution will be direct and tangible, from initial analysis to production, ensuring technological alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
- 10 years of experience in ERP implementations, with several full implementation projects specifically in Microsoft D365 F&O, Logistics/Supply Chain modules.
- Strong expertise in logistics processes including WMS, order management, purchasing/sales, and inventory.
- Proven experience leading or making major contributions to full-cycle ERP projects.
- Ability to mentor and guide clients in their strategic and operational decisions.
- Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification, a significant asset.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business needs and translate them into robust functional solutions within D365 F&O, particularly for Warehouse Management (WMS), inventory management, purchasing, sales, and distribution.
- Maintain constant technological watch on developments in the D365 F&O Supply Chain module to propose cutting-edge innovative solutions.
- Intervene in all phases of ERP project lifecycles, from scoping to go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring the achievement of quality and performance objectives.
- Develop rigorous functional documentation (specifications, test scenarios, user guides) and configure modules for maximum optimization.
- Mentor junior consultants, share internal best practices, and actively contribute to the collective skill development of the team.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with other D365 F&O modules (finance, production).
- Facilitate client workshops, provide strategic advice, and guide clients in their technological and organizational choices.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout projects.
