Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business consulting or finance transformation roles
- Exposure to finance transformation initiatives that could include: Process improvement, Finance operating model design, ERP or finance systems transformation, Global business services / outsourcing, Financial planning & analysis (FP&A), Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Digital Record to Report
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in team-based environments
- Desire to learn, grow, and challenge the status quo
- A knack for bringing structure to chaos
Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of future-state finance processes, operating models, and reporting structures
- Provide finance business consulting services to advise clients on improving business performance
- Guide clients on transforming the finance operating model through enhanced processes, enabling technologies, organizational roles, and smarter reporting systems
- Analyze data, document findings, and prepare recommendations for implementing new financial systems and procedures
- Support the design of varying finance operating models, including shared services and outsourcing
- Assist clients with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting services
- Consolidate finance functions across business units to achieve cost savings
- Manage a workstream or small team in the delivery of client engagements
- Remain flexible to work on broader strategic initiatives such as: Cost optimization, M&A integration, ERP mobilization, Program governance, Other enterprise transformation opportunities
