About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant – ERP Finance Domain to serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance executives, and business leaders. This role is responsible for leading Enterprise Finance transformation initiatives, developing financial strategies, and driving ERP Domain Finance Cloud-enabled business transformation for large organizations. The Principal Consultant partners with executive stakeholders to define Finance transformation strategies, modernize operating models, and align fiscal discipline, processes, and technology with business objectives. Working closely with ERP Domain service lines, solution architects, and delivery teams, this individual ensures successful execution from strategy through implementation while building long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
15+ years of ERP Finance consulting and financial systems transformation experience.
Extensive experience leading ERP Domain Finance Cloud transformation programs for large Enterprises.
Deep expertise across ERP Domain Finance Cloud modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, FP&A, Treasury, Cash Management, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
Demonstrated success advising CFOs, Finance executives, and C-level leaders on Enterprise Finance strategy and financial transformation.
Strong expertise in Finance operating model design, organizational transformation, financial strategy, and change management.
Experience developing executive business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value realization plans.
Exceptional executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and lead complex consulting engagements.
Willingness to travel as required.

Nice To Haves

ERP Domain Finance certifications (e.g., ERP Finance Domain Cloud).
Experience with global Finance transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
Prior experience with a global consulting firm or systems integrator.
Strong understanding of digital Finance, fiscal discipline, AI-enabled Finance solutions, and financial analytics.
Experience leading global, cross-functional consulting teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance executives, and business leadership teams.
Facilitate executive workshops, strategy sessions, and Finance transformation planning engagements.
Develop ERP Domain rise ERP Finance transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead the creation of multi-year Finance and fiscal transformation roadmaps.
Advise executives on financial strategies, organizational effectiveness, working capital optimization, regulatory compliance, and digital Finance transformation.
Guide clients in maximizing business value through ERP Domain Finance Cloud capabilities.
Lead current-state assessments of Finance organizations, business processes, systems, and operating models.
Design future-state Finance operating models aligned with business strategy and ERP Domain Finance Cloud leading practices.
Develop business cases, investment strategies, and value realization plans.
Lead Finance process transformation across: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, Cash Management, Tax, Financial Reporting.
Collaborate with ERP Domain service lines, Enterprise architects, and implementation teams to translate strategy into successful execution.
Ensure recommendations leverage ERP Domain Finance Cloud best practices and industry standards.
Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and Finance leadership.
Act as the executive engagement lead throughout the consulting lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional ERP Domain Finance and Enterprise transformation services.
Support business development activities, including proposals, executive presentations, and strategic pursuits.
Guide clients through organizational change, financial transformation, and Finance operating model modernization.
Monitor emerging Finance technology trends, fiscal innovations, and ERP Domain Finance Cloud capabilities.
Conduct Finance benchmarking and maturity assessments.
Develop consulting methodologies, frameworks, and accelerators that enhance delivery quality and consistency.
Publish thought leadership through executive presentations, white papers, webinars, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Mentor consulting teams and contribute to organizational capability development.
