About The Position

Lead distribution and transformation strategy for AT&T's Enterprise Business segment, accelerating growth across Global Enterprise, International, and Public Sector markets. This role is responsible for shaping the future go-to-market model for advanced connectivity solutions, including AI-enabled networking, dark fiber, and high-capacity networking services, while driving continued growth in mobility and IoT. The position will define and execute transformation initiatives across sales, customer success, and channel strategies to ensure AT&T remains positioned to win in an evolving enterprise technology landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in commercialization, business strategy, enterprise sales, customer success, or related fields
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that transform AT&T's enterprise sales motion to meet evolving customer demands driven by AI adoption, increased network bandwidth requirements, and emerging connectivity technologies.
  • Assess and recommend future-state organizational capabilities, sales models, and operating frameworks needed to support growth in advanced networking solutions and mobility services.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive shifts that influence long-term enterprise growth strategies.
  • Translate corporate growth objectives into actionable go-to-market strategies across Global Enterprise, International, and Public Sector customer segments.
  • Drive commercialization plans for both emerging technologies and established product portfolios, balancing growth across advanced connectivity, mobility, IoT, and managed solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize market positioning and accelerate adoption of strategic offerings.
  • Define and evolve the Customer Success Manager (CSM) strategy for enterprise customers, ensuring alignment between customer lifecycle management, retention objectives, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Establish frameworks, processes, and success metrics that enhance customer value realization and long-term loyalty.
  • Continuously evaluate product, channel, and segment performance using advanced analytics, market intelligence, and customer insights.
  • Recommend strategic adjustments to improve growth, market share, customer acquisition, and retention outcomes.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs involving multiple business units and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage large-scale initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations on enterprise growth opportunities, sales transformation priorities, and commercialization investments.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Technology, and Operations organizations.
