The Principal, Commercial Contracts & Pricing Specialist within Marketing Operations is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and driving pricing and contracting strategies that enable profitable growth across Teleflex’s Interventional Business Unit. This role serves as the business unit authority on commercial pricing, deal strategy, and competitive positioning, leading complex, high-value negotiations and bid strategies across hospital systems, IDNs, GPOs, and distribution channels. They act as a key advisor to senior commercial leadership, influencing pricing architecture, contracting frameworks, and market access strategies. This role establishes scalable processes, drives cross-functional alignment, and ensures that pricing and contract strategies balance market competitiveness with long-term profitability and compliance.
