About The Position

Manage the IC Controller category for SSD and storage products, with responsibility for the supplier portfolio and overall category performance. Develop and implement sourcing strategies that meet business requirements, including supplier negotiations, cost-reduction initiatives, and proactive supply-risk management. Lead sourcing processes such as RFPs, award letters, and SOWs, coordinating with engineering, quality, business units, and legal to ensure compliance and timely execution. Work with executives and cross-functional teams to align commercial, technical, and supply priorities in support of new product introduction and production ramp. Negotiate supply agreements with key suppliers to secure capacity, support product launches, and ensure long-term supply continuity. Up to 15% domestic travel is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Experience in silicon supply management.
• Sourcing strategy development and supplier management skills.
• Executive-level communication skills.
• Contract agreement negotiation skills.
• Supply chain and financial data analysis skills, including cost modeling and savings analysis.
