Principal Business Systems Analyst - SAP OTC

About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Principal Business Systems Analyst- SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP OTC processes, strong functional and technical knowledge, and a proven track record in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects. Experience with SAP CS (Customer Service) is essential, as service management is a critical component of MKS sales.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in SAP OTC (ECC) best practices and configuration.
  • 8+ years of SAP experience.
  • Solid understanding of cross-module integration (MM, FICO, WM).
  • Experience creating functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Proficiency in data migration tools (LSMW) and SAP data analysis using Excel.
  • Familiarity with ABAP concepts and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP OTC certification.
  • Knowledge of interface design, ABAP debugging, and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP OTC solutions for global and regional projects.
  • Perform configuration and support activities across OTC components, including: Sales order processing, ATP, pricing, tax calculation, billing, shipping, serial number management, repair service sales, rebates, variant configuration, credit management, service (CS) and integration with MM, FICO, WM.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for interfaces with satellite systems such as SAP C4C, Salesforce, E-Commerce, and middleware platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Business Technology Leaders to gather requirements and align SAP solutions with business objectives.
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements or new functionalities to improve efficiency.
  • Serve as Level 3 support for SAP OTC enhancements and support teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and rollout projects in global environments.
  • Provide technical expertise on SAP-related projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and business users for testing, documentation, and user training.
  • Provide post-go-live support and ensure effective knowledge transfer to support teams.
  • Ability to take and follow directions and instructions.
  • Ability to interact with other employees, customers, suppliers, vendors, or the public, in a safe, professional, and respectful manner.
  • Access to sensitive and confidential business systems and software, personally identifying information, the company’s financial information, and/or the ability to maintain physical security and safety.
