About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Principal Business Program Manager to lead highly visible, cross-functional initiatives that support OCI's long-term business strategy. This role will partner with senior leaders across engineering, product, operations, finance, and executive leadership to drive strategic programs that improve organizational effectiveness, accelerate execution, and enable OCI's continued growth. As a Principal Business Program Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner responsible for leading complex, enterprise-wide business programs that support OCI's highest-priority initiatives. You will help translate business strategy into scalable execution plans while driving alignment across multiple organizations. You will lead initiatives focused on AI-driven business transformation, operational excellence, organizational scalability, and strategic growth across OCI. Working closely with senior leadership, you will establish governance, improve cross-functional execution, develop executive-level reporting, and drive programs that enable informed decision-making and measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, business acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.
