The Analytics & Insights team is the intelligence engine for Membership and Deposit Products. We partner closely with Product Management and Product Strategy teams to ensure decisions are grounded in trusted data, behavioral insights, and a deep understanding of our members. Our role is to turn complexity into clarity, transforming rich data into insights that guide strategy, innovation, and investment decisions. By connecting product and cross-channel data, we inform where, when, and how members engage, enabling smarter, more personalized experiences and stronger business outcomes. Support business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to leadership via dashboards and reports. Analyze business problems and issues using business intelligence tools that incorporate data from internal and external sources. Work independently to interpret and analyze complex business challenges that have a significant impact on the function or branch. Specialized skill set and proficiency with procedures and analysis techniques. Recognized as an expert in own area within the company.
